• Freight Shipments (150 lbs and above)

  • Ships via LTL Freight with complimentary Lift Gate & Delivery Appointment.
  • A valid and working phone number is required for all LTL orders.
  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • If the carrier cannot reach you, delivery will not be possible. You will receive a refund minus shipping costs to and from the destination terminal.

• Delivery Services

  • Inside Delivery is NOT included. If needed, please contact us for pricing.
  • If you request inside delivery at the time of delivery, additional fees will apply.

• Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • We are not responsible for incorrect or insufficient shipping addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to address errors, the order will be refunded minus shipping costs.

• Special Delivery Destinations / Limited Access

  • A minimum $100.00 surcharge applies for deliveries to:
    • Schools
    • Farms
    • Military bases
    • Prisons
    • Government buildings
    • Resorts
    • Trade shows & convention centers

• Additional Fees

  • Re-Delivery / Return Trip: $75.00 per occurrence.
  • Reconsignment (changing the delivery address while in transit): Fees will vary based on carrier charges.
